Instructions

When you book with Highland West Studio through PeerSpace, you will receive detailed directions and instructions on how to access the studio. After your studio rental, clean up of the studio is required. Detailed cleanup checklist will be provided upon booking.

Cancellations

You may cancel your booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of your booking price. You may cancel your booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of the booking price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are not refundable.

Animals

We love and welcome all animals! If a booking includes an animal, you will need to contact Jamie Leonetti prior to advise. We kindly ask that you leash and contain your animals while getting to and from the studio. You will be responsible for cleanup and any damages that may occur.
